Reservations: All reservations are to be made direct to R S Trans Asia Tour & Travel . All details are necessary. Names of passengers, arrival date, departure date, flight details and accommodation requested should be made as early as possible, especially for the high season which from November - April.

Payment can be made either using a major credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD,AMEX). or payment can be made by Telex Transfer via your bank , click here for our Bank Transfer Details. Once completed please fax the form back to us at (+66-2-3325707 or +66-2-6551257)

Peak Season Supplements: During the tourist high season in Thailand from November until April all hotels will add a high-season supplement charge to the annual contract room rates. Full payment should be made before guests arrive, plus the cost of the compulsory Gala Dinners on Christmas and New Year's Eve. These surcharges will be added to our contract rate to you when your booking is confirmed.

Payments: Full payment must be received by R S Trans Asia Tour & Travel Ltd Part not later than Two weeks before passengers' arrival, unless special arrangements have been made. If payment does not reach us in time, we have the right to release the booking without notice.

Rates: All rates are quoted in US DOLLARS or THAI BAHT net and rates descriptions are based on our own contract rates.

Liability: Whilst every effort will be made to promote requested services, R S Trans Asia act only as an agent for airlines, hotels, transportation companies and tourist offices providing the services and other contracts. As such, R S Trans Asia is not liable or responsible for any loss, injury, damages, claims for additional expenses due to incidents which occur, delays, political action, change of schedules or other irregularities arising from circumstances beyond its control. These must be borne by passengers.

How to pay for our services : Any payment for tours, hotels, air tickets or other services will be made after the clients agree with the price. To confirm any booking the payments must be made in advance before you arrival in Bangkok, or others city as stated on the program. That mean we can guarantee all arrangements. If payments made by bank transfer, to confirm those payment the clients must fax to us of the bank transfered slip to the fax number (+66-2-6551257 or +66-2-3325707) and our accountant can be follow.

Credit Card Payment: We accept MASTER, VISA and AMERICAN EXPRESS for credit cards payment. If you prefer to payment by credit card Please print out the Credit Card Authorization Form and full fill your credit card on form including your signature, and fax us on (+66-2-6551257 or +66-2-3325707). We must have express permission to charge your credit card for the amount of services on the mentioned dates.
